How to install :

1. For the ICSandwich[FINAL].apk install like a regular app and apply it in Theme Chooser

2. For the ICS.Settings.zip - Head into recovery and mount system then install (dont wipe anything)

3. For the Undo.ICS.Settings.zip - Same as how to install the ICS.Settings.zip

Ok not to bring you down or anything but your theme sounds and looks very similar to this ics theme on xda : [CM7 Theme][MDPI][Updated July-2]Complete ICS Theme With Different Colors - xda-developers along with the undo ics thing and the things that are themed. Now if this is legitimately yours then i'll leave it at that. But you shouldn't take credit for other people's work if this is what this is.

Its the same theme but i changed some pics in it
And yes credit will be given lol but i did edit the settings some more though
