What would be a good setup for themes I've bin out the game for Lil bit. I Had Android kitchen but recently updated computer never put it back so what would be the best and easiest to theme roms with....?(my computer. Has windows 7)

There are a few tools on xda
An apk tool and a battery mod tool
Just google those 2 tools to get started.
There's also the uot online themeing kitchen, but I don't think all the mods there work fir this device.
