Root [THEME][Spirit] MIUI Green Theme

This is a green theme for GT's MIUI ROM. Just flash it in recovery, no wipe needed. Thanks to OrKo for testing my previous attempts, Keithman2567 for answering questions I had and thanks to GT for his awesome ROMs and having enough patience to walk me through some steps.
