Love your work, I've now got ten packs to suit my mood and the device. I run NOVA Prime on three rooted devices; Nexus 7 with Black and Blue theme, Galaxy S3 with Colorful Metal v2, and an OUYA with Viper on a 40" tv.
I've recently encountered a problem trying to apply the themed icons in apps. In Nova when I try to use an icon as a folder background the app just hangs when I select the icon. The same problem occurs if I try to use an icon with Auto Hide Soft Keys the app opens the folder but hangs when one is selected. Is this a bug with the apps or the icon themes? Is there a way to access the png directly to apply it?
I've got a few requests as well. For apps, please add Hungry Shark Evolution, Android Tuner, and Kids Place launcher. For plain text icons I'd really like ones for Social, Weather, Kids, Education and Food. Down the road it would be nice to see icons for children's apps as well like Disney, Dr Seuss, popular drawing and alphabet apps. A handful of generic kids icons like ABCs and 123s would even be cool. I'm just looking for enough to distinguish between a few different folders of books, games, education apps and some sub categories of those.
Maybe you should consider a theme geared towards tablets and children. Now that multi user is becoming the norm, separate accounts and themes will generate more opportunities for you. Another opportunity is a theme geared towards televisions, the android console market is just opening up and you could fill the need for custom icons that are visible at a distance. Your Viper and Pristine packs look great by the way, but most others are either too bright or too monochromatic.
Thanks again for your awesome themes, but my wife is not such a fan. Between the black and blue icons and NOVA gestures my wife can't even figure out how to place a call from my phone.
