Like the title suggests, my site contains the above title elementsfor the SGS2.
There is also a guide for people who want to learn how to create their own themes. If there is anything not described that you would like to know, you can use the shoutbox to ask questions.

I am currently creating a multi-dpi theme that should have a beta release soon.
