Are these for jb or ICS?

No idea. I followed some links and didn't find an answer in the linked post but these appear to be apps you install on your device rather than something to be flashed

I'm pretty sure they are for jb and no they are stand alone apks that you download and install ..it says it on the thread too.

Its for Jelly Bean. Nobody is doing something for ICS anymore on xda, cause we have JB since April.
We got so used to JB, so i forgot to mention. But i added to the thread title.
