There has to be an app for bluetooth vol that doesn't need root!

I have tried various apps and none work to raise the bluetooth volume for my Plantronics 520 headset... It worked great for many other phones before I finally went Android...

I know at least one person has the answer I need!

I even tried DSPManager with Root Manager which I read is supposed to work on a non-rooted phone but I cannot unclick one of the boxes in permissions...
