The dialer doesn't let you dial by name.
Exchange Server can/does sync contact sub folders.
Exchange Server doesn't seem to utilize contact pics. Only Facebook
It syncs Exchange calendars unlike vanilla Android.
Unified inbox (if you want)
Facebook is different than Friendstream or the android facebook
USB connections are some kind of crazy wizard.
Screen is not olephobic like the Inc.
Outside viewing is a bit better than the Inc.
Hard buttons are harder to push than soft but you don't hit them accidently either.
You can get rid of the swipe to unlock.
You can use home to turn on.
The 8gig internal memory is indeed for apps only unlike the Inc but it comes with a 16gig sd too.
Looks like the camera is autofocus as opposed to fixed focus or software focus. It performs too well at 6" to be a software focus.
Speakerphone is not as good as the HTC.
Call quality seems fine
Big screen is awesome
Still pocketable but tight in jeans.
Battery. Well that will have to wait a few days until the battery cycles in.
Dedicated camera button is nice.
Start menu does not sort by app name.
Home screen is not so ugly now with a different background but the widgets are a bit plain though more functional than HTC.
GPS is equal to HTC's

So, I'm presuming all the stock apps are alphabetical, then anything you add after (from the Market or elsewhere) just appear at the bottom of the list? That seems slightly peculiar... why would they do that? I wonder if they revert to alphabetical on rebooting, or whether there's an option somewhere to alphabetize them?

Nope they stay in what is essentially the order installed. If there is a sort, I haven't found it. The Inc sorted them. It's easy, just remember what order you put the apps on. ;)

If you configure the gmail app, that is separate. However you can not use the gmail app and configure the messaging app for gmail (imap). The universal inbox can be configured what you want dumped in there: text, facebook inbox, gmail, exchange, whatever you configure for mail.
 
Just to help you out a bit -- I read on another thread that a battery pull will restore your apps into alphabetical order. I can't try this obviously because I'm still on my Inc and debating the switch, but it might be worth a shot, Lars! Please report back if that works, too.
 
That worked.
I have a tough time getting rid of the keyboard sometimes. It doesn't have a button to hide it. Anyone know a shortcut? Landscape is especially bad. Hmm back button i guess

Back button works to hide the keyboard on most other Androids.
