Things that will scratch S4 screen and camera lens

I know the S4 has gorilla glass 3 but I was wondering what will scratch my screen. Also what will scratch the camera lens?

Just as Covert_Death said, pretty much anything can scratch your glass.

While I'm very careful, always having a thick case to make sure the camera lens is in a distance from surface when putting it flat on a table, etc.. my son on the other hand, puts the phone in a pocket, with keys and coins. The camera lens has some super fine hairlines, which don't effect the photos. And the front screen look pretty ok, but the back cover, look like skidded across rough concrete.

Grains of quartz sand are very hard and will definitely scratch almost anything.

Metal shouldn't be too bad but I never put my phone in a pocket with anything else (not even paper). I hate screen protectors and just being careful has worked perfectly with all my smartphones but I am very careful.

This is an odd thread. Kinda of like one titled "Things that will piss off my gf/wife" and the "anything" answer still applies.

As for screen protector I go with any of the glass options, like Spigen Glas.tr. I wont use plastic again unless I have no other option.
