Things we lost with ICS that bug me.

It only works if you are using the stock Motorola Blur keyboard, it doesn't work when using Swype
 
My only real complaint is the phone does not feel as fast as before and that i cannot toggle between 3g and 4g modes...

Try Volume Ace Free. It allows me to link the ringer and notification volumes from the widget with no problems.

My biggest gripe, like it has been mentioned before, is how small and dim icons are in the notification bar now. Love to find a way to adjust them to be larger/brighter like they were previously.
