Hey Everyone!
There are other threads with instructions on what to do when selling your phone but I know the Galaxy Note II is very close to the Galaxy GS3 and I thought perhaps I could get better tips from GS II owners on how to make a flawless transition from the GS3 to the GS II.
Here are my questions...
1. Where is the SIM card located, and does this need to be removed when doing a factory reset in preparing to sell your phone? I am not certain if I should be selling the phone with the SIM card intact or removing it from the GS3 and replacing it in the Galaxy Note II.
2. Is the only full FACTORY RESET I need to do done from the settings menu (BACKUP AND RESET)?
Here is the big question...
3. I don't have a rooted device. I know how good Titanium Pro is for rooted users. Is there an app available that will backup all your settings AND APPLICATIONS (games, utility apps, etc.) to an external card and then restore it on the secondary device?
So far, I have MY BACKUP installed. It backs all the apps to an external card. Not sure how reliable the app is. MY BACKUP PRO may also save individual app settings, not certain.
Is there another app that is highly reliable for backing up and restoring to another device? I don't mind paying for a good app or service that will do this.
Any other tips on what I should be doing before selling my phone?
Thank you all in advance
