Root Think ive messed up, help please?

hello, i thought i would change the rom on my phone as i was getting bored, i had only flashed it once before to redux 1.2.
So last night i backed everything up and decided to flash to blissmod007.
It all seemed to be working and was taking long to load, now it slowly loads up and my previous background shows up, and then everything goes black.

Please help!

ive done that and now it loads a bit more and does the same, just goes black

any suggestions?

Do you meet all requirements? Ext partition meets min size, download right version for hboot etc etc?
