Help Think something came loose...

So I noticed the other day that the front facing camera looked a bit odd, almost evil looking. I've attached a picture to help convey my concern. And pardon the fuzziness, used my sister's iPhone 4 and it can't focus in that close. Though the camera looks to mostly be covered up, it still shows 99%, and the 1% is the fuzzy gray color at the top of the picture. Took a picture of the wall to show you.



Thoughts? Or am I crazy?

It's, unfortunately, a common problem with the X. Mine is the same way, I never bothered sending it back for a replacement because I knew a new one would do the same thing. You should be able to get a new one, but it's an ongoing problem. Call Moto customer service and see what they say.

Mine is dead center. Guess I am lucky?

I would see if they will ship you a replacement first and then you can send the defective one back. Typically they want a credit card and will hold funds in case you don't send one back.

Ahhh, ok. I see very little reason to send it back, I rarely use the front camera anyway, save for the one time I did video chat. Even so, the camera is somehow able to see around it, so I'm content lol

Good catch, I never knew this was a problem with this device. I took a look at mine and it looks to be centered just fine (not that I used the front camera often, anyway).
