Hey Guys,
I need some advice. My wife and I have had Verizon for like 15 years. The service works great as it should for the price we pay. As you all know you pay for what you get in most cases. At least with most of my experiences in life. We are completely satisfied with the service that's not the problem .Well anyways here is my situation. Both of are contracts are up (which happens like never because I'm always upgrading my phones at completely different times) and were thinking of switching because of these new shared data plans and the cost of them which are going to kind of screw us in the long run. Also I have been on time every month with My bill and have been a loyal customer to them for as long as I have had a cell phone. Verizon hasn't really showed or treated me like a loyal customer though at least when I have had a problem in the past.I have found that they only care when it comes to signing a new contract when I I'm in the middle of one they don't care about me at all and that pisses me off. Now Verizon is very expensive as it is. So I'm looking at switching to T-mobile. I have looked at the other 3 major Carriers at&t,Sprint & T-mobile) and all of the pros and cons and have narrowed it down to T-mobile. Due to price, experiences that other people around the country have had by reading through numerous forums and also going off the coverage maps listed on the T-mobile website(which I know are not 100% true.I only know like 5 people that have t-mobile in my area but they only really use it for making phone calls and don't pay attention to the data end of it. So my question is after having Verizon which is supposedly one of the best carriers. Does anyone think I will be happy with T-mobile in the long run. Would this be a mistake? I live in Connecticut by the way. Also I have a Gnex and I'm sorry to say my wife will only use and has an I-Phone 4 (I know I would have to get an unlocked version of the I-Phone in order to use it on T-mobile).
Thanks in advance.
P.S. Sorry for the long post. I wanted to try and explain my situation in detail as best as possible. =)
