Assuming the app is compatible with your phone, you have to enable your phone to allow the installation of apps outside of the Play store. I can't give you specific directions without knowing what phone you have, but you'll need to go into the settings of the phone and look for the option to "allow the installation of apps outside the play store" or "unknown apps".
