Help This is getting annoying

My phone has been restarting, turning off, etc for the past week and a half. I have no idea what is going on. I'm tired of getting new phones, etc but I have no idea why it is doing this. I know if I take it into AT&T I will get one as a refurbished one and I don't want that.

Anyone else having this problem?

Could it be that I have an HTC Storage thing and my normal SD card storage?
 
mine doesnt restart very often but when it does, its usually when I go to unlock it. I think that it doesnt unlock quick enough so I press it again and the phone thinks I want to turn it off or restart.

that would make sense. just after I posted this it restarted. I sat here and watched the whole thing.

then it did the whole unlocking restarting thing about 20 minutes ago. not quite sure what to do!
