this is horrible and very sad!!!

I'd like to hear about this person being a man or not from someone else other than this employee. He obviously was convinced it was a girl when it happened, in this video when he says "she" is having a seizure. He clearly thought it was a girl when it happened. Then magically after he's 100% certain it was a man? Sounds fishy to me. Sounds like he had a word with those girls afterwards and are trying to protect them IMO.

Regardless, just wandering into the wrong bathroom does not deserve that kind of beating.

you really don't know what this person did in the girls bathroom. Your presuming he/she is innocent. For all you know he/she could have assaulted them sexually or something.

Definately true. But the nature of the beating and yelling those girls were doing, I'd say it'd be safe to assume they'd be shouting "RAPIST OMFG HE TRIED TO RAPE ME" while beating him up if that were the case.
 
True but none of us was in the bathroom. So you can't say if it was warranted or not. I just wanted to show that hey the victim could have done something and wasn't so innocent.

You can say that about any beating at anytime. Old lady get stabbed..Oh well you dont know if the old lady ripped off the stabbers mom and shot his dog.

You can make up 'what they did' for any occurrence. Makes no sense to do so as it applies all the time to any circumstance.

You are absolutely right. Clearly, from the video, they crossed the line of self defense though, which still puts them legally liable.

Wasnt saying they wasnt legally liable. Was just saying we dont know the whole story. All we have is the video of the aftermath.

That's fine. I can;t think of anything the person on the floor could have done to them to justify what they did, so I think the point stands. Do we really NEED to know what happened. Even if what happened was mere aftermath, it was completely unacceptable.
