This newbie needs help...plz read & respond!

This is only the 2nd time I've been to this forum and I'm not sure where or how to ask a question. I realize this post is for replies only but I'm hoping someone will read this to help answer a couple of question that I have about this Pravail that I purchased recently. 1st question:"for me to watch certain videos/movies,i have to have an Adobe Flash Player but when I tried to install the app it said it wasnt compatable with my phone,so could someone plz tell me what it is I CAN INSTALL to be able to watch certain videos/movies? Question #2:"My first time going to Phandroids Forum,i read a "thread" in regards to MUST HAVE APPS that someone had recmnd to a new owner of a Pravail (like myself) so id like to know of any recmnded apps (for watchn vids.,virus protection app. besides NORTON,and etc.) as well as how to remove some of the STOCK APPS that come w/the Prevail (you know the ones!) and how to do this thing called "ROOTING" that ive been reading alot about?!! Would just like to get the answers to these questions IN LAMANS TERMS :) so if you could plz help this NEWBIE,plz reply by emailing me at: ronnieron812@gmail.com OR ronnieron812@hotmail.com ... the movie you want to see...
is it from a website? or some files you have that you put on your phone?
 
my apologies for taking so long to respond. in regards to my question, you answered WHERE were the movies I wanted to watch,WEB or FILES? well,i wanted to watch them from the web and/or from a news website(like a video they had) but I couldnt b/c I didnt have ADOBE FLASH PLAYER right? well, I've decided to upgrade! I can only spend about 200 dollars I prefer t o stay to boost mobiles no contract unlimited monthly with shrinkage. so, I'm steering towards either the ZTE WARP SEQUENCE or the LG VENICE...but I'm not sure which is better! do you or anyone else have any recommendations? I would really appreciate it! And thank you in advance!
