i got a notification regarding the update and went on with it and the package did not download at all....did a factory reset and to my surprise when checked for update it said that the device was up to date..
I got on call with the moto customer care and came to know that a lot of mobile careers in India, China and other major countries in Asia are facing a problem with the package delivery and said that by the end of this week, it will be rectified.
and the one whom i spoke with is a friend of mine so he was not trying to convince the customer...
so if you are around asia and having problems with the up-gradation, don't worry, its around the corner and this time, it really is
