Help thread close, solved

Hello everyone,

So today i got my lcd digitizer, and started to repair. Everything was great until I Tried to test new lcd screen. So i connected and turned on the phone, i got the vibration, and then black screen. Back of the lcd screen was glowing. I removed new lcd, and put back my old one. Now the same occured.

Please help me, I really don'y want to pay for a repair. (
