Three different "answer call" displays

Garnett

So 1) when my phone's unlocked and someone calls I get an "accept" and a "decline".

If 2)the phone's locked but the screen hasn't got dull, then I get a "drag to answer" option.

And if 3) it's locked and the screen's off, it just illuminates.

1) 2) 3)

The only app that I think is making a diiference is Widgetlocker. With Widgetlocker disabled, scenario 3 results in the same display as 2.

Is there any way to:-

A) Get rid of the "drag to answer" option and always have the "accept" and "decline" display in every instance.

B) Have some control over the "answer" and "decline" display?

If you download NoLock from the market, you always get that screen. However it obviously removes the lock screen entirely.
