Thumbs up/down, Heart etc a text message on Android??

Is this possible to do? In iMessage you can long press and you can thumbs up/down, heart, etc a text message. Are there any apps on Android devices that allow you to do this same feature?

Keyboard app. Many of them have emoji selections. Look for a smiley icon on one of the keys, then press and hold that key. If yours doesn't and you want this, install a different keyboard (I know that the big 2, SwiftKey and GBoard, both have this).

If you use something like WhatsApp then it's an option inside the app independent of the keyboard.

also keep in mind that apple does not like to share. so your experience in android might be slightly different from apple. i think the only thing i came across that was similar was the facebook messenger.
