Thumbs Up for Google

So I placed an order for an Galaxy Nexus from Google Play over the weekend and called today to check on shipping status, low and behold an English speaking live person answered the phone in 2 seconds "Holy Cow"! Very Impressed.

My nexus one has tech support directly from Google and to this day its one of the best experiences with any support image called. Wish they bring it back.
