thunderbolt NFL on a tv

Is there a way to get the NFL app to mirror onto a TV? Want to watch football on the big scream, from my phone. Can use imediashare on thunderbolt to look at my pics, etc but cannot get NFL onto my TV from the phone.

any DLNA type apps (twonky, iMediaShare) only support media saved to the phone---not media streaming on the phone.

and no, mHl adapters will not work either.
