Thunderbolt or Atrix?

THUNDERBOLT VS ATRIX

Whats better?

Atrix has a nice netbook but the att sevice only gets speeds of 4 to 5 mbps.
I wont lie i have the thunderbolt and it is fast, im getting on average 14 mbps but have seen up to 22.
My last phone was moto x and i would get upto 4 mbps on a good day but still not seeing why you call att service 4g.

Let me know your thoughts.

About me. I have had the thunderbolt for a day and love it. I did buy the extended battery, I was a little worried about the size but i have to say for some reason it feels very comfortable in my hand. Also the kick stand works horizontal and vertical just fine with the new battery if you were wondering.

My thoughts on the Atrix are, I like that it can turn into a netbook and it sounds good when you say dual core processor but that is where i run into a wall.

Why do people get so happy when the hear dual processor. The Atrix seems to have slower processing speeds then the thunderbolt and then you have the service speed witch is capped on att service. not to mention att is looking into charging the people for using hotspot (as of right now this is for iphone users). Tunderbolt comes with hotspot free for limited time (thats when you root and get wireless tether). The answer seems obvious to me but what do you think.

I ask this to the people that have knowledge with one or both phones. Please don't respond because you hate verizon or att, just keep to your self. but we know you won't

As a bit of a hacker, the main issue I have with the Atrix is signed bootloaders. I'm not a big fan of Motoblur, hater may be closer to fact. Making it near impossible to remove is also making it near impossible for me to buy. Motorola has made it clear that they view the internal workings off the phone as theirs and that users should keep their hands off, I after paying for the device view it as mine. We have a disagreement. HTC though not perfect has shown a far greater acceptance to the dev community. Therefore I'm of the opinion that you bought the clearly superior device.

Eh, the only reason I rooted my OG Droid is due to the fact it is aging, the dual core will fix that and I probably will never have to root it except for wanting to back up the settings using ROM manager...

And they will Root the Bionic/Atrix, you just won't be able to change out the Kernels most likely, which to me is irrelevant anyways, because again, the dual core should be perfectly fine for me.
