Thunderbolt Owner

Hello,
I just upgraded from a Droid 2 Global to a HTC Thunderbolt. I love the high-speed OS and the 4G capability, but I cannot connect the Thunderbolt to my PC via bluetooth. The Thunderbolt will pair with my PC but it will not connect. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling my device, but no luck. please someone help. I am trying to connect to a Windows 7 PC
