Ti Backup... didn't

this originally was a post asking for help restoring my contacts with Ti Backup, but i figured out an easier way than using an app.

1. go to your contacts and select import/export
2. export to SD card
3. use your favorite method to copy the .vcf file to your computer (i used a usb cable)
4. go to your gmail account, then click contacts (left side, above compose mail button)
5. click more "actions" / "import..."
6. select the file you copied
7. (optional) "more actions" / "find and merge dupes"

i had to do this twice because some contacts were on my phone and others were with google, so it created two different files. if that happens to you just do 5-7 again
