tiger GBA emulator + ROMs

I was going through the market and found a gba emu, I downloaded it and it said I don't have roms so I click the link it gave but my phone doesn't download from unknown sources. I have the HTC inspire from at&t and I found out those evil sons of bitches don't allow non-market downloads. Can I just plug my phone in the pc, download roms from coolrom.com and drag them into the gba Rom folder? I have a jailbroken touch with a gba emu but playing super Mario is hard and it looks easy on the big ass screen my phone has.

apparently is not as easy as just drag & drop i have get a gba bios bin, but since at&t doesnt like pleasing their costumers i cant get it straight from my phone i have to get it from my pc and put it on the sd card. i downloaded a bios bin and a few games but when i got to start the games it says i have no bios. -_-

EDIT: I downloaded "gameboy advance emulator" from market and now my roms work maybe they didn't work cuz tiger gba sucks
