Help Time disappeared on home screen

Time disappeared on the home screen on my dad's phone. The time does show up on the lock screen. I do not know what he did to it. I'm an iPhone guy so I have no clue how to get it back. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

The time on the homescreen is probably a widget. Long-press a blank spot on th homescreen, select Widgets and look for whichever clock he prefers.

(Long-pressing a widget - which is probably what he did - gives you a few choices, one of which is Remove - which he probably did.)

When I long press an empty spot the only thing that comes up is 'choose wallpaper'.

Never mind. I just figured it out. You have to go to widgets then you can choose what clock you want to add to the screen. Thanks again!

@Rukbat, this phone is running Jellybean, not Gingerbread. Please stop posting about a phone you don't own & obviously know nothing about...
