Help Time keeps jumping ahead

After restarting the phone on several occasions the phone repeatedly still jumps ahead by one hour. Have gone into settings and tried that to. Any help or suggestions?

A few thoughts:

In
settings
date & time
automatic date and time and automatic time zone should be ticked

Do you live near the limit of a time zone so that your phone can occasionally pick up signal from a mast in the adjacent time zone? (If so you may need to set the time manually)
