time problem

My samsung galaxy s3 is displaying the correct time on my main screen (acc weather) but is wrong in my notification bar. How do I get the times to match and be correct time pls help me
 
Are you connected to a phone tower? The time in the notification bar is the time on the tower you're connected to. The time in a weather app may be getting to the phone via wifi. (Going to airplane mode, then turning wifi on can cause this.)
