Time zone change?

My phone just informed me of an update to time zones. So which country has changed and why?

i'm guessing the US has not changed.....at least here in L.A .with PST. did your time zone change?

Really huh, have you traveled somewhere new?
My tablet is set on Centeral time zone until I can turn it back over here, nah too messy that way

I'm not aware of the UK changing timezones. i haven't travelled anywhere, i was assuming the phone had a database of world zones and someone changed one.
