Time Zone Changed messages RMHD

[hansangb]

Is anyone getting this message? I'm trying to figure out what may be causing it. I happens in different applications and games. I get a quick message on the screen saying Time Zone Changed. I know this can happen if you lose your signal and Date Time is set to automatically use the carrier setting. But I can't believe I'm losing the network signal that often. It's only a minor nuisance since the message goes away quickly, but I was wondering if anyone else is seeing something like this.

Of course, setting the time zone manually stops the message, but I like my phone to adjust to new time zones when I travel.

Thnx.

I've seen that happen if you live in an area that borders 2 zones. Only option is to set manually in that case.

Well, I'm in NYC so I wouldn't think that's the case. I'll keep looking around.

Thanks.
