Apps Timer/Countdown and Stopwatch/Countup intents

One of the great things about Android applications is their ability to communicate and integrate with each other. Why reinvent functionality that isn't core to your application when it already exists in another application?

And who wouldn't agree?

Therefore, I've described open and neutral intents for timer and stopwatch functionalities.

If you are developing or have developed a timer or stopwatch app, support them.
If you are developing an app that could use timer or stopwatch functionalities (for cooking pasta, workouts, reminders, et cetera), use them.
