I mainly use it as countdown for my pizzas and spaghetti, which works great on my HTC Desire.
It has some features which I didn't get from the other timer apps I have looked at. First, there are parallel timers. Also, one can create new counters and change the existing ones (which are not always helpful and so I deleted some of them). The app also works when the phone is in standby mode. Be careful, it has it's own alarm volume setting which you can change, so it doesn't care if you set the phone to silent mode. Status bar notifications are also available.
The UI looks nice, easy to use. The buttons should be highlighted though when pressed which isn't done. The delete buttons in the timer list are not easy to hit sometimes...
