Titanium Backup freezes my whole system?

Hello guys, I have Samsung Galaxy S3 for a month, it's really nice phone. But now I experienced some freezes when I rooted my device, installed Titanium Backup PRO and on Titanium I've freezed some useless apps. But for example I've freezed Google Play Store services on Titanium, and by an accident I clicked on "Update" on Clean master App and it's freezed my whole system (not only Google Play service), so I had to pull out battery and pull it in again. And today I experienced one more freeze again, when I installed "Samsung Multi window manager" app, I saw that it's doesn't work to me, so I unpached my device (because that app required to patch my system before) I choosed to reboot my system later, then uninstalled that app and my device freezed again ( I don't know why, maybe something went wrong) pulled out/in battery again, and now it's works well again.
So it can be that Titanium Backup PRO can cause that freeze problem? Or it's not Titanium's Backup Pro fault?

A system "freeze" (becomes completely unresponsive) and Titanium "freezing" an app (disabling but not uninstalling share a name, but that's all.

The second doesn't seem to have anything to do with Ti. TBH I don't think the first has. When I next have an update I'll test, but there are members who've uninstalled Play Services (on different devices) so I doubt that freezing it is the cause.

Even if it were, it wouldn't be Ti that was the cause, but using it to freeze the wrong app. But my guess (and I stress "guess"), from what you describe, is that it's something else.

I've frozen Play Services and still update apps with no problems.

I guess we should ask what other "useless" apps you've frozen, in case one of them is important?

Simple alarm clock
Face Unclock
Google Bookmarks Sync
Picasa Uploader
Mobile Print
Bluetooth Share
DirectShareManager
Nfc Service

And yeah, I was frozen Google Play app too, so maybe it's caused that problem?
And how about others my frozen apps? I hope I didn't froze important ones
