Titanium Backup Licensing Question

I just wanted to make sure I understand something before I go ahead and purchase Titanium.

I have 2 purchase options.

First, purchase PRO version from the Market. I update the pro version through the market and can only use on 1 device (assuming that my other devices do not share the same google market account).

Second, purchase the Donate version from their website. I download the regular version from the Market and then place some sort of txt license file on my SD card. I then update the standard version through the market and it's activated as PRO because I have the license file on my SD card?

According to their website, I'm allowed to use the license file on multiple devices as long as I own those devices.

With the donate version method, will it work on multiple devices even if devices don't have the same google account? Do the PRO and standard apps have updates pushed to the market at the same time?
 
As I understand it, the "pro" version is just a key that unlocks features in the free app - just like the donate key does, so all feature changes and bug fixes are delivered at the same time no matter which way you go - pro or donate. I bought the donate version for two reasons: 1) a higher percentage of the purchase price goes to the developer (I think), and 2) I wanted to use it on multiple devices.

I'm currently using it on two devices, which have no Google accounts in common. On my primary device I tend to install ROMs once in a while, so I keep the license file on the SD card so that the initial install of Titanium Backup has all features enabled. On the secondary device, I removed the license file once Titanium Backup saw it and switched into pro/donate mode, and it continues to operate this way even with the file removed.

is that u place it on mnt/sdcard?
mine don't work.. can you show me how to make it to PRO with the license file?
