Root titanium backup problems

i installed titanium backup after root and tb menu screen goes right to the more screen, skips batch,preferances,ect... anyone have this problem? or know why this is? thank you. this is on my brother inlaws droid razr max

Is he coming from an OTA update or a self install? I had a similar problem when I self installed and imported my old "TitaniumBackup" folder before installing TB on ICS. I had to let the app create its own backup folder before transferring my old backups to get it working.

He received the ICS update then I rooted it and installed tb
