I recently installed Titanium Backup Free on my rooted Galaxy S3 (on AT&T) and I went to back up my phone. I went in and chose to back up the user apps and system data. Everything was running smoothly until it stopped on "TMSeverApp 1.0". It was going pretty quickly (hit 85% in about 5 minutes) but it has been sitting at 86% for about 20 minutes now. I had my phone plugged into my laptop so that I could put some music on it and then back it up. It is still plugged in.
