titanium backups miserable service

So for whatever reason, my SD card crashed... I contact TB for my pro key. Simple right? not!! They are very rude sarcastic folks. I sent my papal transaction number, email, date of purchase, etc... they say none of my info is correct? BS!! double checked my transaction #, and gave them all 3 emails I use... even one I haven't used in a year! And i only have one email on this phone! Nothing.. they tell me my # wasn't caps and to resend them the # with caps... WTF!? THEY CANT HIT CAPS LOCK??

ITS BEEN 7 EMAIL AND NO SUCCESS !!!

These jerks!! Ill never buy any app from titanium track ever again. I don't care if the Pope himself uses it.....

thats odd because Titanium is pretty popular and I haven't heard anyone complain about them. I hope you get everything sorted out.

I am confused as to your problem. If your SD card crashed there is nothing they can do for you anyway. If you purchased the app and have deleted it, log onto the Market, touch the home key, and choose My Apps. You can find Titanium Backup pro, in either the Installed or Not installed sections and download it to your phone and start over with a new sd card.

I have had problems with the Market thinking an app was installed on the phone. Just touch the app and you will be taken to a screen. Touch Uninstall. Then back in My Apps it will be listed in the Not Installed section where you can re-download it.

I think his problem is that he has the older version where the pro features are unlocked by a "key" on your SD card, not by downloading the "Titanium backup Pro Key" from the market.

I have my old text file from this Droid 2. Wonder if it work on his phone with a new SD card. It just jumbo jumbo and my name in it. Just erase my name and replace with his. Would not hurt to try.

Inadequate to repurchase the new version for my Droid. CHARGE cause old one would not work.

Let me know if ya want to try it.
