Root Titanium??? root tool bar

What does freeze mean when u click on an app that's backed up and also on root tool bar what is it mainly used for?

Freezing an app is just that, freezing it and not being able to use it. You can freeze and defrost any app at any time. Well, except Titanium Backup, I would think. It's similar to uninstalling an app, but with the option of installing (defrosting) at any moment. A frozen app wont show in your apps drawer but will remain in your phone.
