Help Titanium sync to dropbox from multiple devices?

I've got a rooted nook color running cm7 and I've been using the sync to dropbox feature from titanium backup.

I've put titanium on my rooted esteem and the question I have now is can I use the sync to dropbox feature from my esteem as well? How would titanium treat syncs from two different devices to dropbox?

Go into the Titanium preferences and change the Dropbox target location for one (or both) devices. Then you've got two separate backups, each in its own folder. I'm in the middle of doing that at this second for my phone and my wife's.
