TMob using My data every 2 hours; how to stop

Every 2 hours TMob does something that uses data. how can I Stop this? It may be to Un-check Use packet data, and/or Data roaming, and or NFC. If I leave my home, one or all of those 3 needs to be checked in order to access internet, but once home, you must disable 1-all of them, in order to stop TMobile from running whatever uses all the data? Any help appreciated.

Run MyDataManager to see which app is using the data - and force stop it or disable it.
