Root [TMobile] TWRP blinking

Guys, I have a problem. This is my phone now and this is blnking. I am unsure how to proceed. Any thoughts?

About your issue there.....perhaps try to reinstall TWRP?
Not too familiar with the device, but is that version specific to the Nexus 4?
