TMobile UK Issues

I have been with TMo for about 8 years and have never really had any problems. Just recently (last month or so) I have had all sorts of issues with my reception. At home it would appear that the phone is constantly switching cell towers, one of which is GSM only the other provides HSDPA. This constant switching often causes their to be periods of no signal.
Secondly, I have recently started receiving text messages twice and three times and often hours/ days after they were sent.
Just wondered if anybody from the UK have been experiencing the same issues and any ideas to help solve this issue as its really bugging me.

Try setting the phone into HSDPA mode only, see if that helps?

Also if you're getting texts repeatedly, then give T-mobile a call, maybe they will suggest a new upgraded simcard will be one of the suggested fixes, if you're using an old style simcard?
