Per MOTOROLA (see PHANDROID NEWS article dated 8-17-2012),an unlocking tool will be available for future devices,w/the PHOTON Q LTE being the 1st w/the feature/option.Check back in to MOTOROLA'S website,or here, for further details on when this will actually be available.
