Help To get a WiFi connection, S4 comes into a loop

I have sometimes problems to get a connection with a new WiFi-network. After filled in a password the S4 starts to get an ip-adres. But occasionally the S4 comes into a loop. That means that to get an ip-adres is stopped. The text "stored, secured" appears and S4 starts again to obtain an ip-adress. After a few moment the process to obtain the ip-adress stops en the text "stored, secured" is displayed. And so on, and so on.
Sometimes when I restart the phone the connection will succeed at one moment, but is not garanteed.
How to prevent that the phone comes into a loop or have to do something with the settings?

Don't know the cause I do know if I program a Static IP it fixes it. From that info I guess it's a DHCP ISSUE.

Hi Arjen, If your phone is Standard Kernel S4 and you can't get WiFi connection - the answer might be a Factory Reset. Backup your Data/Files first then do Factory Reset. Make sure your battery has plenty of charge (at least 80%) before you start.
