please some one help me my Richtel a11 android phone on the boot section and i dont know what to do i all ready try "Hold volume+ Power Button " but its show is

Sorry, but you seem to have quoted the previous guest question in its entirety, except you've changed the name of the phone.

Would you mind posting again and confirming what is your problem, as opposed to this previous question's problem?
 
i have the same problem in my samsung i9082, i would have factory reset for my phone
please help me how i can do it, (i forget my google account)
