Toggle Profile App

This task when run directly from Tasker will correctly toggle another task (tla-Proximity) on and off.

This task when it is packaged as an app will report the change from off to on or on to off but the changer is never executed.

tla-Toggle
A1: If [ %PENABLED ~ *tla-Proximity* ]
A2: Profile Status [ Name:tla-Proximity Set:Off ]
A3: Popup [ Title: Textroximity
