Toggle wifi when a network shows as disabled

I'm having a tough time with my saved wifi network becoming "disabled". Android is seeing the network but refuses to connect and then EVERY other saved profile is disabled at that time also. All I do is toggle wifi off and on and it works. I'm starting to waste mobile minutes because it disables the wifi and I don't notice...

Can Tasker be used to toggle the wifi of and on when any saved wifi network is "disabled". I don't want/need to setup location profiles as I have way too many.

I know I could easily setup a timer for every 5,10,15 etc minutes but I would rather just toggle when it is needed.

Under Settings>>WiFi, any of the networks shown say nothing, " saved" or "out of range". Now I have them all say " disabled" sporadically. Sometimes it is days between it happening. I toggle thecwifi on and off and they work again.
